The base of our business is an API-based video platform that our customers build into their video production workflows. The Vidispine platform powers production systems on all continents of the world, serving thousands of users with millions of files. Team Customer Success
Our Customer Success team are responsible for post-sales activities and act as the key point of contact for members of our customer portfolio. The team helps customers with getting successfully onboarded, hold training sessions on our products, perform professional services and act as a customer advocate within Vidispine.


The Position

As a Customer Success Manager you will work closely with sales, the professional services team within CS and our customers. You will be the link between the CS team and the customer, which include taking requirements analysis and extraction of customers’ vision and match with our services-and product portfolio. You will act as Project Leader of potential development projects for your customers.


Who you are

You have a degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and have a couple years of experience. You are a person who easily understands new technology and are not afraid of sharing your own creative ideas, both internally within the team but also with customers. You enjoy working close with customers to maintain a good customer relation and can do this fluent in both Swedish and English.
